Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what you agree to

Outffy is operated by Polina Kozinskaya, sole trader, [Legal entity / address] ("Outffy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Outffy app or website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Outffy.

2. The service

Outffy builds a photoreal digital twin from photos of you, turns photos of your clothes into a digital wardrobe of item cards, and uses an AI stylist to compose outfits on your twin: daily looks, try-ons, event-driven suggestions and travel capsules. Images of outfits are generated by AI and shown on your twin; they are a styling aid, not a photograph of you wearing the garment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Outffy. By using the service you confirm that you are 16 or older and, if you are under the age of majority where you live, that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Your account

An account is required. You sign in with a one-time email code, Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in. Keep access to your email and sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@outffy.app if you believe someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account) or as described on our delete-account page.

5. Your content and the licence you give us

Photos, measurements, outfits, capsules, planner entries and messages you add ("your content") stay yours. You grant Outffy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy, process, transform and display your content solely to operate the service for you, including sending it to the AI vendors named in the Privacy Policy to generate your twin, item cards, renders and suggestions. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that are overwritten within 30 days. We do not use your content to advertise, and our AI vendors do not train on it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their consent to be digitised in Outffy;
• not upload photos of minors, nudity or sexually explicit content, or images that you do not have the right to use;
• not use Outffy to impersonate anyone, to create deceptive images of real people, or to harass, defame or discriminate;
• not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, its API or its usage limits;
• not use the service in breach of any law, including export and sanctions laws.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. AI-generated content

Twins, item cards, try-on renders and stylist replies are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate, may not reproduce the real colour, drape, length or fit of a garment, and are not a guarantee that something will fit or suit you. Every generated image carries an AI label. If a generated image is wrong, offensive or depicts someone who did not consent, use the Report control on the image or write to support@outffy.app; we review reports and remove content that violates these Terms. You are responsible for how you use generated images outside the app.

8. Our intellectual property

Outffy, its apps, website, design, software, models and brand are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell any part of the service.

9. Subscriptions, credits and purchases

Outffy is currently free to use, with fair-use limits on how many generations you can run per day. If paid plans, subscriptions or credits are offered, purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and governed by their terms. Prices, inclusions and renewal terms will be shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can restore purchases from the app. Refunds are handled by the store under its policy; we do not issue refunds directly.

10. Fair use and availability

We may limit the number of generations per user per day, pause generation during incidents or high load, and change or discontinue features. We do our best to keep Outffy available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Termination

You can stop using Outffy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, giving notice where reasonably possible. Sections 5 (as to past use), 7, 8, 12, 13 and 14 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

Outffy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and make no promise about the accuracy of AI output or that any garment will fit.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Outffy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes are brought before the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue where you live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform.

15. App store terms

If you downloaded Outffy from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms; Apple has no obligation to provide support or to handle claims relating to the app and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. If you downloaded Outffy from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply in addition.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date tells you when. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Outffy after that means you accept the new Terms.
