Delete your Outffy account

About this page

Outffy (the personal-stylist app by Polina Kozinskaya, sole trader, [Legal entity / address]) lets you delete your account and all your data yourself, from the app or by email. This page describes both ways.

In the app

1. Open Profile (the circle in the top-right corner of Home).
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. You are signed out and the app returns to its first screen.

What is deleted

Your account (email or Apple/Google identity), your digital twin and its measurements, every wardrobe item card, saved outfits, try-on renders, capsules, planner entries and stylist chat history, together with every file stored for your account. Original face, body and wardrobe photos are not kept on our servers after generation, so there is nothing further to remove there. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.

If you want to keep the account but remove your content, use Profile → Account → Delete my data instead.

If you already uninstalled the app

Email privacy@outffy.app from the address you signed up with (or, for Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings) with the subject "Delete my Outffy account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account first.

Anonymous accounts

Accounts that never completed sign-up are deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity.
